Use VOR POI for navigation. Some 25nm from the VOR you should locate the railway. Following this railway over the river will keep you out of restricted areas. Take care when crossing the Loire: Nuclear powerplant and other restricted areas nearby. You can save some trouble by staying above 3500ft.
