Track to LFLA by GPS or following the VOR TRO radial. Alternatively you can follow the road from Troyes to Auerre, 2 to 5 miles to the East. The airport LFLA is located a few miles NW from Auxerre, but actually not needed as a waypoint. As soon as you cross the river Yonne you can follow this river to the South, for appr. 60 nm (see next leg).

This leg is defined from LFLA to VOR/NDB MOU, but you can also follow the river to the South, until 10nm before the end of this leg where the river turns sharply to the right. Ahead you will see the river Loire which is the next river to be followed. VOR MOU is located next to the Loire. MOU also contains a long range NDB, nice for practicing a bit with an ADF.
